We're sailing into spring at Tangled Purls! We're finishing projects left and right, changing up the displays, planning for new classes and events, and enjoying the gorgeous spring weather.
Registration for new classes is now open -- our teachers have some fun new techniques and projects to tempt you!
Join us this week for our first Pop-Up Class! Wednesday, April 29th from 12 - 1:00. The cost is $5 and includes supplies! Registration is not required, but space is limited to arrive early to get a spot. Come find out what to do with a pom-pom maker, get some hands-on practice and go home with some fun ideas!
We've been knitting up a storm! Here are a few of our recent shop and staff projects:
Vivian knit this darling version of Dangling Conversation with just one skein of Shibui Linen.
It's a lovely accessory for spring and summer.
Marie just finished this light and airy version of Brickless (she used just one Zauberball!).
Brickless is perfect for social knitting -- it's easy to remember and knits up quickly!
Erika recently finished her Simple Lines Shawl in Madelinetosh Toshmerino Light. Isn't that color just gorgeous?
This is Lisa's second Shoulder Cozy (by Churchmouse). The Shibui Linen and Silk Cloud make a delicate, versatile shawl that provides just a bit of extra warmth!
We had a wonderful time at our Knitter's Pride "Needle Speed Dating" event last Saturday! Our guests tested many different varieties of needles and helped us select a new favorite for our shelves.
Last but not least, don't forget that every Tuesday is Stitch Doctor from 11:15 - 12:45. For just $10 you can bring your current pattern and project and get your questions answered, get "unstuck" or have help making sense of a confusing pattern. Stay as little or as long as you like during the Stitch Doctor clinic!
Happy Stitching!
